Cranberry Sauce

8 Cups Cranberries
Cover with water (just to top of berries)
Cook over medium heat until berries are soft
Add:
2 cups of sugar
Juice of one orange
Grated orange peel
10 – 12 whole cloves
Cook for two more minutes.
Makes 2 litres
